Warranty and Return Policies
If there is dissatisfaction or error with the work delivered, the customer has 30 days from the date of the deliverable invoice to inform Satori. If changes or corrections are needed within the 30 days, Satori will meet the customers expectation without any cost to the customer.
Services furnished under this agreement is provided without any express or implied return policy. Due to the nature of the services provided, Satori Marketing cannot allow a return of intellectual property. However, Satori will work tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction.
