And the Winner is…SATORI!!!

Your favorite Team of Rockstars has done it again, and proven to be a little more epic than your average marketing firm. We were given a challenge, we accepted, and we trampled through the expectations. We take pride in spreading our wings and putting our best foot forward, in turn taking our clients to new heights, and overthrowing boring standards.

This year we won not one, but TWO dotCOMM awards for our work in web creativity and digital communication. We brought home Gold in the Pro-Bono website category, for our complete flip of the Houston BARC blog/website, and Platinum in the government web category for our creative design on the Drive288 website.

The Houston BARC Foundation was fixin’ Houston, with their mission to shelter and protect all of Houston’s furry friends, and they started with Satori to help them accomplish that goal. We put a Satori spin on their website, pulling out their true personality and creating a website that you just couldn’t say no to. We work hard to understand our client’s business from the inside out so that our work showcases them to the fullest. BARC was no exception, even if our clients had a few more legs than usual.

With Drive288, they wanted epic and they gave us complete freedom to do so (which we LOVE). So, we ran, make that sprinted, to the design board and created a website worthy of the $800+ million project. With so much going on in our great city, we wanted a website that would showcase the new construction project in a new light and we feel we did that thing! It was an honor to receive recognition for it.

Although we take great pride in our awards, we don’t do it for the glitz and glam, but for our clients who, at the end of the day, are the true winners. We thank them for being awesome and trusting us with their “babies. We also want to thank the dotCOMM awards and the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (The Wizards behind the curtain) for honoring us with our awards and recognizing our excellence. Until next year, we are off to create something else epically mind-blowing!
